Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Sweden) We offer standard and express shipping within Sweden. Delivery times are typically 2–7 business days for standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

3. EU & International Shipping We ship to EU member states and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by country, typically 5–14 business days. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Digital Products & Services Consultations and digital content (e.g. educational materials) are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping. Access details will be sent to your registered email address.

5. Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
